Are you single and frustrated? Do you feel you are banging your head against a wall? Trouble meeting someone decent? getting dates? second dates?or struggling to get over someone? Want to understand where you keep going wrong? Want to get support on your quest to find love? Then dating coaching is something for you.
Dating coaching is a relatively new branch of coaching and can refer to a wide variety of services for singles. Dating coaching can range from pick-up artists teaching you how to seduce strangers, to offering mock dates and confidence building courses, to private one-to-one conversations with qualified psychologists and psychotherapists. At PassionSmiths we offer the latter; personalised conversations with a professional whose expertise is in psychology, dating and relationships.
Why not book at 10 minute free consultation and let us talk about how we can help? No obligation to book. Perhaps take a look as the clip below, where our Director Madeleine Mason has a session with Grace Dent. It gives you an idea of how coaching and therapy works.
The advantage of talking to someone about your dating struggles or concerns are three-fold.
Firstly, talking to someone without being judged takes a weight off of your shoulders. This releases stress and gives you more energy. Secondly, you sort out your thoughts and work out why you are having these experiences. You learn ‘where’ they are coming from, enabling you to better figure out what to do. And thirdly, we dispel any myths and ‘ideas’ that might be getting in the way of your progress. We humans often inadvertently sabotage ourselves, and at PassionSmiths we are trained to spot self-sabotage and help identify strategies to overcome them.
When you come to us, you can bring any dating or relationship-related issue that is on your mind. Our clients have a range of things they want to talk about. Below are some examples of concerns we get:
- Why do I keep meeting the wrong type of person?
- How can I tell if the person I am dating is serious about the relationship?
- I struggle meeting people and getting dates, what do I do?
- I want to do online dating but don’t know where to start or what to do.
- I can’t get over my ex.
- I can never get a second date.
- I really want a relationship, but the idea freaks me out.
- I keep meeting people who are unavailable.
- How do I break up with my partner?
- I’m addicted to dating apps, will I ever settle down?
- I want a family, but can’t meet anyone.
- I have a crush on someone what do I do?
- How do I get a relationship?
- I have been married for years and now after divorce, I am worried I can’t meet anyone.
We are not part of the pick-up artist community. We do not teach dating tricks, PUA strategies or do any day game stuff. Our clients are looking for long-term relationships and want to know more than how to pick up ladies or seduce men.
We are a team of psychologists and psychotherapists dedicated to helping you. Each session lasts 50 minutes and is tailored specifically to your needs, struggles, questions or issues. You can meet us in person or over Skype, whichever is most convenient for you.
We have different packages:

Read below what some of our clients have said about us:
“After 8 weeks of coaching, I am now dating an amazing woman. Previous relationships had left me totally low on self-confidence and confused about how to approach women. Thanks to the guidance I got through PassionSmiths, I am now a happy man”
(Jack, 34, Teacher)
“About our session this morning – still so buzzing from what I learnt! […] Thanks so much”
(Sam, 28, Social Media Marketing)
“When I had my coaching session I was completely confused about what to do. Here I was so excited about meeting the man of [my] dreams but everything else in my mind was a complete mess. I didn’t think I was in the right place to start a relationship and I was scared because he had been married before. I was the first person he was dating since the separation and to compound things he was about to move country. I was asked all the right questions to help me identify why I was scared and to help me see that it was worth letting go and taking a chance. I am so happy I did, because not a day goes by without him making me smile, feeling loved and happy. We see each other every other week and talk umpteen times throughout the day. Over a year later, we are happy in love, building our lives together. Even though I thought the time wasn’t right, it turned out to be the perfect timing. See I was stuck at home with a spinal injury, and to meet someone who plans his meetings so he can be free to come and make me breakfast, or bring me lunch and support me, while there was nothing much I could do for him, immediately broke down any barriers I would normally put up. I am just happy Madeleine made me see sense and not allow fear to get in the way. Had it not been for her advice I would have turned my back on love, joy and happiness.”
(Clara, 30, Consultant)
“It was really nice not having to share with friends about starting online dating. I didn’t want to listen to friends gush over the progress of ‘non-starter’ dates. Instead I could do online dating in peace and get private confidential support with a date coach.”
(Alex, 43, Customer Service)
